Creamy base that allows you to create pastel tones from Cyber Color semi-permanent masks. Professional use.
Add the required amount of Cyber Color White and gradually the chosen Cyber Color in a bowl, mix until obtain the desired tone and a uniform texture. Bleach the area of application of the color and leave to act. Wash the hair to remove the bleaching and apply the mix on wet hair. Exposure time 15 to 25 minutes.
